What Approvia is
Approvia is a free referral service. We audit processing statements and match merchants with payment partners. We are not a payment processor, a bank or an ISO, and we do not apply for an account on your behalf.
Audits and estimates
Audits are read from statements you supply and checked by our desk. Effective rates, flagged fees and cost estimates are estimates for comparison, not financial advice.
Partners decide
Quotes come from partners and are subject to their underwriting. Each partner decides approval and final pricing. We do not promise approval, a price or savings.
Your responsibilities
Upload only statements for businesses you are authorized to act for, and give accurate answers.
Changes
These terms will change before Approvia serves real merchants. We will show the date of each version here.
